Role Overview

The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) will undergo structured training across various departments to gain hands-on technical and operational experience. This role is designed to build strong engineering fundamentals, develop practical problem-solving skills, and prepare the trainee for a full-time engineering position within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in engineering training programs and on-the-job learning assignments.

Support senior engineers in day-to-day technical and project-related activities.

Assist in troubleshooting, maintenance, and improvement of systems/equipment.

Work on assigned engineering projects and deliver reports or documentation.

Collect, analyze, and interpret technical data under supervision.

Ensure compliance with company safety standards and operational procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand processes and workflows.

Present periodic progress reports and share learnings with supervisors.

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Basic understanding of engineering principles (mechanical/electrical/civil/etc. as applicable).

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Electronics / Instrumentation or related discipline).

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Willingness to travel or work in field locations when required.
